Shipping & Returns
You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All products must be returned in a resellable condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been installed, manipulated or damaged in any way. If you have questions regarding the condition of the product you wish to return please contact us with your concerns prior to returning the item.
Cut lengths of hose are non-returnable so please be sure to have correct measurements prior to placing your order. We also cannot change an order that was already placed if the hose has already been cut for your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order placement however in some situations shipments may take an additional day. We will email you tracking the day of the shipment leaving our facility. We are NOT a drop shipping company so all orders are individually processed and handled by our staff to assure your order is processed correctly and with care.
Shipping cost on all orders over $50.00 is free and under $50.00 is a flat fee of $7.99 unless noted on the product description page. Certain items such as large diameter lengths of hose or tubing that exceed 7' in length are not eligible for free or flat rate shipping and will be quoted once the order is placed (or if you request a quote with our website contact form).
Due to carrier delays related to COVID and general package volume at this time we are only offering ground shipping. We hope to offer expedited services again in the near future.
